These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Metro Marvel Cleaners ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking, scheduling, or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided
Metro Marvel Cleaners provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, and optional add-on services. The exact scope of work is based on the service selected at the time of booking.
Services include one (1) bathroom by default unless otherwise stated. Additional bathrooms, deep cleaning, or add-on services must be selected during booking or approved in writing prior to the appointment.

Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability.
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via approved communication channels.
Estimated service duration is based on average conditions and may vary depending on the actual condition of the space.
Metro Marvel Cleaners reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, illness, or emergencies.

Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the selected service, property size, and chosen add-ons.
Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from what was described during booking.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in refusal of future services.

Add-On Services & Deep Cleaning
Add-on services (such as inside fridge, inside oven, inside cabinets, organizing, extra bathrooms, or large windows) must be selected during booking or approved before service begins.
Deep cleaning services require additional time and cost and must be clearly selected as such. Deep cleaning is not included in standard or maintenance cleaning unless explicitly stated.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.
Inform us of fragile items, special materials, or areas requiring special care.
Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available.
Metro Marvel Cleaners is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate booking information.

Supplies & Equipment
Metro Marvel Cleaners typically provides cleaning supplies. If a customer requests the use of their own supplies, they assume responsibility for the suitability and effectiveness of those products.
Vacuum cleaners may be requested from the customer, especially in locations where transportation limitations apply.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
Claims made after this period may not be honored.

Liability & Damages
Metro Marvel Cleaners is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed or unsecured items
Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the affected service.

Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous to our staff.

Privacy
Customer information is used solely for service-related purposes. We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Right to Refuse Service
Metro Marvel Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes to Terms
Metro Marvel Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
